The Graduate School in Infection and Immunity offers PhD training starting January 2010
A joint PhD training program between the Universities of Lausanne and Geneva offers research and education opportunities in a stimulating international environment for ambitious students who wish to work towards a Ph.D.
The program aims to study host pathogen interplay.

- Microbial pathogenesis and virulence
- Innate and adaptive Immunity
- Virology
- Parasitology
- Bacteriology
Highly qualified applicants from all countries and holding or anticipating to receive a Diploma or Masters degree are invited to apply. Accepted students perform their research project in one of the participating research groups. Advanced teaching and training courses are offered throughout the curriculum. Students will obtain their Ph.D. from either the University of Lausanne or of Geneva and receive a graded certificate from the program. The program language is English throughout.
